
Kelle is a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in the state of Oregon. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Philosophy and Religion from Pacific Lutheran University, a Master of Divinity degree from Luther Seminary, and a Master of Science degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Capella University.
Jill received her Bachelor’s Degree in Economics from the University of California at San Diego. She attended Adams State University where she received her Master’s Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. She is a Nationally Certified Counselor and is Licensed by the state of Oregon as a Professional Counselor Associate.
Jill imagines that there is a unique path to well-being for each person. She honors that belief by embracing an eclectic counseling style.
Her counseling methodologies include: examining negative cognition, developing mindfulness and grounding skills, understanding individual attachment styles, among many others. Jill believes that making small changes can have ripple effects which improve mental health in unforeseen ways.
Jill feels that being willing to look within and change is one of the hardest and bravest things that people can do. She considers it an honor that her clients ask her to join them on their journey to wellness.
