Gabrielle is a compassionate therapist who holds dual master’s degrees in Public Health and Social Work from Oregon Health & Science University and Portland State University. Gabrielle employs a blend of evidence-based practices tailored to meet the unique needs of her clients, integrating aspects of cognitive-behavioral therapies with her interest in creative arts as a tool for expression and healing. Her therapy sessions offer a multifaceted approach to mental health, providing clients with various ways to explore and express their emotions.
