Meet Casey Crowley
Professional Counselor Associate
Starting therapy can be daunting. Yet healing is possible, whether you're feeling isolated, stressed from work or school, or dealing with the effects of past trauma. Together, you'll explore the roots of your challenges and discover paths to the life you desire.
Casey believes every client has their own unique needs. He focuses on building strong, trusting relationships that foster understanding and unconditional support, allowing clients to explore their feelings in a non-judgmental environment. Casey recognizes the societal pressures that are often placed on men and is dedicated to supporting them as they work to challenge these habits. Casey also strives to make his office a safe space for members of marginalized communities, including people of color and LGBTQ+ individuals, ensuring everyone can express themselves openly.
As an Autistic person, Casey also enjoys helping people explore their own neurodivergence including both those trying to navigate the complex diagnostic process complex and those trying to cope with the challenges that come with existing in a neurotypical world that doesn’t accommodate their needs.
His approach draws from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy and Person-Centered Therapy tailored to fit each individual’s needs. He holds a Master’s in Rehabilitation and Mental Health Counseling from Western Oregon University and a Bachelor’s in Journalism from the University of Oregon.
