Monica is passionate about working with those who struggle with grief and loss,  disordered eating, body image concerns,  narcissistic abuse,  trauma,  mental health issues specific to women,  along with anxiety and/or depression that we all deal with on a daily basis.

Monica incorporates evidence based counseling modalities including Restoration Therapy,  Feminist Theory,  Rational Emotive Behavioral Therapy (REBT), and creativity in counseling to support clients in processing their feelings as they relate to pivotal experiences and patterns that can get in the way of living a satisfying and fulfilling life.  Her approach is to meet clients where they are and work alongside clients to identify those patterns as well as find solutions to ongoing and/or presenting challenges.
